What AcadMatch is

AcadMatch helps people find academic research positions in Israel (MSc, PhD, postdoc, research staff and similar) and lets members of research labs publish such positions. Using AcadMatch is currently free.

Information on the site

Positions are shown as their publishers or sources state them. Where a detail was not stated, we say so rather than guess. We do not guarantee that any position is accurate, complete, current or still open. Always confirm details with the institution or lab before you rely on them or apply.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Publishing positions

You may publish only for a lab you belong to (we check that your email address belongs to the lab's institution) and only positions you are authorized to advertise. By publishing you confirm that:

• the content is accurate and lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights;
• you may share any personal details it contains (for example a contact name or email address), which will be public;
• you allow AcadMatch to show it publicly, attributed to the lab, including after you delete your account.

Only you can edit or close what you published. A closed position stays public, marked as closed. We may hide or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or misused.

Rules of use

Do not misuse AcadMatch: for example, do not try to break or bypass its security, sign in as someone else, publish on behalf of a lab you do not belong to, overload the service, or use it to send spam.

Availability and liability

AcadMatch is provided as is and may change, be interrupted, or stop. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on information shown on the site.
